MONOLITHIC AND FRACTAL CARBON FOAMS AND METHODS OF PREPARING AND USING SAME / Oezyilmaz, Barbaros A monolithic carbon foam formed of fused onion-like carbon (OLC) nanoparticles, in which the monolithic carbon foam contains interconnected pores, has a volumetric micropore surface area of 200 m2/cc-600 m2/cc, and has an electrical conductivity of 20 cm- 140 S/cm. Also disclosed are a fractal carbon foam prepared from the monolithic carbon foam, methods of preparing both foams, and supercapacitors constructed therefrom. Specifically, the methods of preparing the foams comprising, inter alia, spark plasma sintering the OLC nanoparticles at a pressure of 30 MPa-1000 MPa and a temperature of 300° C.-800° C. for 2 seconds-30 minutes. |

항균 및 광촉매기능의 무기계조성물 / 전창호 본 발명은 항균 및 광촉매기능의 무기계조성물에 관한 것으로서, (1). 증류수 또는 정제수 1리터 중에 전기분해 장치로 만들어진 0.005-0.015미크론 입도의 콜로이드 은(銀 ) 5PPM 농도의 액상의 은 콜로이드용액 500cc 에 규소산화물 300gr을 함침 시켜 건조한 분말, (2). 증류수 또는 정제수 1리터 중에 전기분해장치로 만들어진 0.005-0.015미크론 입도의 콜로이드 백금(Pt) 5PPM 농도의 액상의 백금 콜로이드용액 500cc 에 규소산화물 300gr을 함침시켜 건조한 분말, (3). 1그람의 염화백금산 백금함량 30%의 것을 3리터의 에틸알콜에 용해하여 만들어진 염화백금용액 100gr을 에틸알콜 1리터에 희석하여 분산하고 이것의 500cc를 규소산화물 300gr에 함침 하여 건조한 분말에 암모니아수를 규소산화물 중량비에 3-5%를 증류수 300cc에 희석하여 첨가 수소이온농도(PH) 7-9로 조정하여 섭씨 500-700℃ 의 온도로 5시간 소결하여 만들어진 분말. (4). (1) 및 (2)의 콜로이드 은 용액 및 콜로이드 백금용액 각 1리터 중에 콜로이드 실리카 졸 실리카 함량 30%농도의 액상 1리터를 혼합하여 완성된 액상에 그 특징이 있는 항균 및 광촉매기능의 무기계 조성물. |

PRINTING DEVICE / MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC IND CO LTD PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make printing speed rapid and to prevent deviation of a ruled line by regulating the moving direction of a carriage at time of printing to the same diection as last time when the image of a line starting printing at this time continues to a line printed at last time. SOLUTION: Both picture element data from AC 1 of AL 24 of a first memory 2A to AC 300 and picture element data from BC 1 of a second memory 2B to BC 300 are read out. Logical product of both the picture element data from AC 1 of AL 26 of the first memory 2A to AC 300 and the picture element data from BC 1 of the second memory 2B to BC 300 is calculated and the result thereof is from CC 1 to CC 300. It is shown that a line starting printing at this time continues to a line printed at last time because the picture element data remain in a part from CC 1 to CC 300. At this time, the printing direction is regulated to the same direction as a line printed at last time and a printing method is performed by printing in one side direction. Thereby, printing speed is made rapid and also deviation of a ruled line is prevented. |

A BET specific surface area after 300 cycles of the cathode active material layer is in a range from 1.5 m2/g to 2.6 m2/g, when a single cycle includes charging at 1.0 C and 4.2V in a CC/CV mode to a 100% state of charge (SOC) and then discharging at 1.0 C and 2.5V in a CC mode in a temperature range from 20° C. to 45° C. |

The high solids content paste with negative active material has a viscosity in the range of 30,000 cP to 45,000 cP and a corresponding density of 1.40 g/cc to 1.43 g/cc. The high solids content paste with positive active material has a viscosity in the range of 25,479 cP to 47,184 cP and a corresponding density of 2.72 g/cc to 2.73 g/cc. |
