1 항균 및 광촉매기능의 무기계조성물 / 전창호
본 발명은 항균 및 광촉매기능의 무기계조성물에 관한 것으로서, (1). 증류수 또는 정제수 1리터 중에 전기분해 장치로 만들어진 0.005-0.015미크론 입도의 콜로이드 은(銀 ) 5PPM 농도의 액상의 은 콜로이드용액 500cc 에 규소산화물 300gr을 함침 시켜 건조한 분말, (2). 증류수 또는 정제수 1리터 중에 전기분해장치로 만들어진 0.005-0.015미크론 입도의 콜로이드 백금(Pt) 5PPM 농도의 액상의 백금 콜로이드용액 500cc 에 규소산화물 300gr을 함침시켜 건조한 분말, (3). 1그람의 염화백금산 백금함량 30%의 것을 3리터의 에틸알콜에 용해하여 만들어진 염화백금용액 100gr을 에틸알콜 1리터에 희석하여 분산하고 이것의 500cc를 규소산화물 300gr에 함침 하여 건조한 분말에 암모니아수를 규소산화물 중량비에 3-5%를 증류수 300cc에 희석하여 첨가 수소이온농도(PH) 7-9로 조정하여 섭씨 500-700℃ 의 온도로 5시간 소결하여 만들어진 분말. (4). (1) 및 (2)의 콜로이드 은 용액 및 콜로이드 백금용액 각 1리터 중에 콜로이드 실리카 졸 실리카 함량 30%농도의 액상 1리터를 혼합하여 완성된 액상에 그 특징이 있는 항균 및 광촉매기능의 무기계 조성물.
2 PRODUCTION OF ENAMEL STEEL PLATE / SUMITOMO METAL IND LTD
(PURPOSE) To prevent development of blow hole in a slab and pin hole in an enamel by using CC powder having limited C content in molten steel having the specified compositions and executing continuous casting under setting of drawing speed at thesatisfying range for the specified condition.(CONSTITUTION) When the molten low carbon steel, having compositions, such as ≤0.006wt% C, 0.2≤Mn≤0.5wt%, 0.005≤P≤0.025wt%, 0.005≤S≤0.025wt%, 0.020≤Cu≤0.040wt%, 1.0≤Cu%/P%≤4.0, 0.5≤P%/S%≤3.0, 200≤O≤500ppm,N≤40ppm, Al≤0.005wt%, is cast continuously, CC powder having C≤1.5wt% is used. Further, the drawing speed is set in the satisfying range for the conditional inequality, under condition of ≥0.8m/min for it. Wherein, in the inequality, V isthe drawing speed m/min under continuous casting operation and C is wt% C in the CC powder.
3 Method for forming a metallic mirror surface on an underlay / American Spray Coatings
A method for forming a mettalic mirror surface on an underlay is shown. The method comprises the steps of: adjusting the underlay; applying an activating treatment agent solution to the underlay wherein the activating-treatment agent solution contains about 10 cc to about 44 cc of hydrochloric acid, about 1.5 g to about 5 g of stannous chloride and about 0.001 g to about 0.005 g of a precious metal salt of at least one of a silver nitrate, palladium chloride, gold chloride and platinum chloride per 1 liter of water; and reacting a metallic salt with a reducing agent to form a metallic mirror.

본 발명은 이차전지용 음극재에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 이차전지용 음극재는 실리콘 산화물, 알칼리금속과 알칼리토금속 및 전이후금속 군에서 하나 이상 선택되는 도핑원소와 실리콘의 복합산화물, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 매트릭스; 및 상기 매트릭스에 분산 함입된 실리콘 나노입자;를 포함하며, 카운터 전극이 금속 리튬 포일인 반쪽전지를 이용한 하기 충방전 사이클 조건1에 따른 충방전 테스트에 의해 수득되는 dQ/dV 그래프에서 Li3.75Si 반응에 해당하는 리튬삽입 피크가 존재하며, 하기 충방전 사이클 조건2에 따른 충방전 테스트에서 첫 번째 충방전 사이클에서의 방전용량이 1200mAh/g이상이고, CuKα선을 이용한 X선 회절 패턴에서 회절각 2θ가 10°~27.4° 범위에 위치하는 제1피크의 면적(A1)과 28±0.5° 범위에 위치하는 제2피크의 면적(A2)간의 비(A1/A2)가 0.8 내지 6을 만족한다.충방전 사이클 조건1 : CC/CV, Cut-off 전압 0.005V~1.0V, 0.1C-rate충방전 사이클 조건2 : CC/CV, Cut-off 전압 0.005V~1.0V, 0.5C-rate
5 Magnetic disc, aluminum alloy substrate for magnetic disc, and production method for aluminum alloy substrate / UACJ CORPORATION
Provided are a magnetic disk and a method of fabricating the magnetic disk. The magnetic disk includes an aluminum alloy plate fabricated by a process involving a CC method and a compound removal process, and an electroless Ni—P plating layer disposed on the surface of the plate. The aluminum alloy plate is composed of an aluminum alloy containing 0.4 to 3.0 mass % (hereinafter abbreviated simply as “%”) of Fe, 0.1% to 3.0% of Mn, 0.005% to 1.000% of Cu, 0.005% to 1.000% of Zn, with a balance of Al and unavoidable impurities. In the magnetic disk, the maximum amplitude of waviness in a wavelength range of 0.4 to 5.0 mm is 5 nm or less, and the maximum amplitude of waviness in a wavelength range of 0.08 to 0.45 mm is 1.5 nm or less.
6 MAGNETIC DISC, ALUMINUM ALLOY SUBSTRATE FOR MAGNETIC DISC, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR ALUMINUM ALLOY SUBSTRATE / MURATA, Takuya
Provided are a magnetic disk and a method of fabricating the magnetic disk. The magnetic disk includes an aluminum alloy plate fabricated by a process involving a CC method and a compound removal process, and an electroless Ni—P plating layer disposed on the surface of the plate. The aluminum alloy plate is composed of an aluminum alloy containing 0.4 to 3.0 mass % (hereinafter abbreviated simply as “%”) of Fe, 0.1% to 3.0% of Mn, 0.005% to 1.000% of Cu, 0.005% to 1.000% of Zn, with a balance of Al and unavoidable impurities. In the magnetic disk, the maximum amplitude of waviness in a wavelength range of 0.4 to 5.0 mm is 5 nm or less, and the maximum amplitude of waviness in a wavelength range of 0.08 to 0.45 mm is 1.5 nm or less.
7 Method for forming a metallic mirror surface and solutions for the same / American Spray Coating
A method for forming a metallic mirror surface on a receiving surface, comprises the steps of cleaning the receiving surface to be coated with a metallic mirror surface; spraying on the receiving surface an activating treatment agent containing stannous chloride and at least one precious metal salt of palladium, gold and silver or the like; and separately spraying concurrently on the receiving surface, a reacting metallic salt solution and a reducing agent solution to form the metallic mirror surface. The method may include the step of treating the receiving surface with a water wash treatment. The activating treatment agent may be in a solution form and contain about 10 cc to about 44 cc of hydrochloric acid, about 1.5 g to about 5 g of stannous chloride and about 0.001 g to about 0.005 g of palladium chloride per 1 liter of water.

A method for forming a metallic mirror surface on a receiving surface is shown. The method comprises the steps of: cleaning the underlay surface; spraying on the receiving surface an activating treatment agent solution wherein the activating treatment agent solution contains a hydrochloric acid solution including about 10 cc to about 44 cc of hydrochloric acid, about 1.5 g to about 5 g of stannous chloride and about 0.001 g to about 0.005 g of a precious metal salt of at least one of a silver nitrate, palladium chloride, gold chloride and platinum chloride per 1 liter of water for use as an activating treatment agent for forming a metallic mirror surface on a receiving surface which is treated with the hydrochloric acid solution as an activating treatment agent solution; and separately spraying concurrently on the underlay surface a reacting metal salt and a reducing agent to form the metallic mirror surface.
9 Hydrochloric acid solution for use as an activating treatment agent solution and method for using same / American Spray Coatings
A method for forming a metallic mirror surface on a receiving surface, substrate or article is shown. The method comprises the steps of cleaning the receiving surface to be coated with a metallic mirror surface; spraying on the receiving surface an activating treatment agent containing stannous chloride and at least one precious metal salt of palladium, gold and silver or the like; and separately spraying concurrently on the receiving surface, a reacting metallic salt solution and a reducing agent solution to form the metallic mirror surface. The method may include the step of treating the receiving surface with a water wash treatment.
