4 PREPARATION OF NUTRIENT BEAUTY LOTION / SUGANO NORIKO
(PURPOSE) To prepare a nutrient beauty lotion exhibiting excellent effect when used in combination with commercially available cosmetic cream, by crushing the leaves of parsley, cabbage and SHUNGIKU (Chrysanthemum coronarium) and the fruit of Chinesecitron, concentrating each juice under specific conditions mixing the concentrated products at specific ratios, and stirring and aging the mixture under specific conditions.(CONSTITUTION) Parsley, cabbage, SHUNGIKU and Chinese citron fruit packaged in a bag (1kg each) are ground separately with a grinder to obtain juices in amounts of about 700cc, about 900cc, about 700cc and about 950cc, respectively. The products areconcentrated to about 140cc, about 300cc, about 140cc and about 315cc, respectively by boiling in a double-walled kettle, and mixed together at ratios of about 20%, 35%, 20% and 25%, repsectively. The mixture is stirred for about 2hr to effect throughkneading. The product is sealed in a bottle, aged at 15°C for 72hr to obtain the objective nutrient beauty lotion. The lotion exhibits excellent effect to remove blots of the skin, and to prevent the pimples, rash, and chaps when used in combinationwith commercial cream.

함수 유기물을 보다 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 처리 장치 및 처리 방법과, 이에 의해 제조한 분말체를 제공한다.처리 장치(10)에서는, 처리조(12) 내에 수용한 함수 유기물을 교반부(14)로 교반함과 함께, 가열기(72)에 의해 처리조(12) 내를 가열한다.또한, 이것과 동시에, 처리 장치(10)에서는, 배기부(61)에 의해, 처리조(12) 내로부터 기체를 1[m3/min] 이상 300[m3/min] 이하로 배기하고, 이 배기에 수반하여, 이온 밀도가 200만[pcs/cc] 이상인 이온 가스를 이온 가스 공급부(15)로부터 처리조(12) 내에 공급하여, 함수 유기물을 처리한다.
7 진세노사이드Rg3와 조사포닌함량이 증강된 압축인삼 제조방법 / 심호웅
본 발명은 성분이 증강된 압축인삼 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 인삼을 용기에 넣어 뚜껑을 덮은 상태에서 인삼 자체수분을 이용하여,70∼120℃에서 72시간 고온 숙성하고 압축하여 70℃에서 건조하는 제조방법으로 진세노사이드 RG3를 포함하여 조사포닌이 다량 검출된 성분이 증강된 압축인삼 제조방법이다.본 발명의 성분이 증강된 압축인삼 420G(주근 300G,미삼120G)을 물 6,000CC로 추출한 액에서 진세노사이드 RG3 1.4%를 포함하여 조사포닌이 7.573% 검출되었다. 이는 수삼, 건삼, 홍삼에 비하여 성분이 증강된 압축인삼으로 인삼분말 ·인삼편 및 기타제품을 만들 수 있다.
8 PRECOATING AGENT AND FILTERING METHOD / DAICEL CHEM IND LTD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient functions such as easy dispersion in a precoat medium, uniform precoating property, inhibiting performance to inhibit objective particles from passing, and a filter capacity by using a cellulose material having specified ranges of shape and state as a precoating agent for filtration. SOLUTION: This precoating agent for filtration consists of a mixture of an org. fiber (preferably a cellulose fiber) and an org. powder (preferably a cellulose powder). The org. fiber has 0.6 to 1.0mm (preferably about 0.7 to 1.0mm) weight-average fiber length measured by a fiber length distribution measuring device and 100 to 300cc (preferably about 150-250cc) Canadian standard filtering rate. The org. powder has 10 to 40μm (preferably about 20 to 35μm) median diameter measured by a grain distribution measuring device. The weight ratio of the org. fiber to the org. powder is 15/85 to 30/70, preferably about 15/85 to 25/75, and the water content of the mixture is 63 to 72wt.%, preferably about 65 to 70wt.%.COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO

Provided are: a processing apparatus and a processing method that can more efficiently process a water-containing organic substance; and a powder body produced by the same. In a processing apparatus 10, a water-containing organic substance stored in a processing tank 12 is stirred by a stirring unit 14, and the inside of the processing tank 12 is heated by a heater 72. Furthermore, at the same time, in the processing apparatus 10, gas is exhausted from the inside of the processing tank 12 at 1-300 [m/min] by an exhaust unit 61. According to this exhaust, ion gas having an ion density of 2 million [pcs/cc] or more is supplied from an ion gas supply unit 15 into the processing tank 12, and the water-containing organic substance is processed.

To provide a processing apparatus and a processing method, which enable more efficient processing of water-containing organic matters and a powder body manufactured thereby. A processing apparatus 10 stirs the water-containing organic matter stored in a processing tank 12 with a stirring unit 14 and heats an interior of the processing tank 12 by a heater 72. At the same time, the processing apparatus 10 exhausts gas from the processing tank 12 by an exhaust unit 61 at a rate ranging from 1 m3/min to 300 m3/min, and along with the exhaustion, supplies ion gas having an ion density of 2,000,000 pcs/cc or higher from an ion gas supply unit 15 to the processing tank 12 to process the water-containing organic matters.
