1 MICROWAVE GENERATOR AND MICROWAVE PROCESSOR / MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC IND CO LTD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave generator safely mountable on various kinds of apparatuses, and using a semiconductor element.SOLUTION: A microwave amplification part 400 includes a heat radiation fin 401, a circuit board 402 and a cover member. Three amplifiers 403, 404 and 405 are formed on the circuit board 402. The circuit board 402 is arranged on the heat radiation fin 401 in the cover member. The output terminals of the amplifiers 404 and 405 are connected to one-side ends of coaxial cables CC2 and CC3 through lines L6 and L7. The other-side ends of the coaxial cables CC2 and CC3 are connected to antennas A1 and A2, respectively. The coaxial cables CC2 and CC3 and the lines L6 and L7 are connected to each other at insulating connection parts MC. External conductors of the coaxial cables CC2 and CC3 are electrically insulated from the heat radiation fin 401 and the cover member.
2 TECHNIQUES FOR DETERMINING LOCALIZATION OF A MOBILE DEVICE / HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES DUESSELDORF GMBH
The disclosure relates to a mobile device (1010), comprising: a receiver (1011), configured to receive at least one radio signal (1025, 1035, 1045) from a corresponding radio transceiver, in particular a base station (1020, 1030, 1040), wherein the at least one radio signal comprises at least one carrier component (401, 402), CC, comprising a set of pilot symbols for localizing the mobile device (1010); and a processor (1012), configured to determine localization information (1013), in particular a time of arrival, TOA, of the at least one radio signal (1025, 1035, 1045), based on the set of pilot symbols of the at least one CC (401, 402).

본 발명은 연결 수단을 통해서 결합되는 적어도 두개의 전자회로(IC, CC, CP)를 구비한 암호 처리용 전자장치에 관한 것인데, 여기서 상기 연결 수단은 두개의 전자회로 사이에서 데이터 신호를 전송하기 위하여 배치된다. 상기 전자장치는 연결 수단의 정전용량 편차를 감시하도록 배치되는 감시회로(401)를 더 구비한다. 상기 편차가 사정결정된 값을 초과하는 경우, 경보 신호(411)가 발생된다.

6 CC-CP-CV CHARGING OF LITHIUM-BASED BATTERIES / CO KG
Disclosed is a method (1) of operating a battery charger (2) for a Lithium-based battery (4) comprising a cell (401). The method (1) comprises: connecting (101) the battery (4) to a powered battery charger (2); responsive to a voltage (5, ) of the cell (401) being below a threshold voltage (501, ), applying (102) a constant charging current (601, ) to the cell (401) until a charging power () is equal to or above a target power (); applying (103) a charging current (6, ) lower than the constant charging current (601, ) to the cell (401) until the voltage (5, ) of the cell (401) is equal to or above a maximum charging voltage (502, ); and applying (104) the maximum charging voltage (502, ) to the cell (401) until the charging current (6,) is equal to or below a threshold current (602,). This battery charging procedure reduces a worst-case charging power in relation to known CC-CV charging algorithms, relaxes power ratings of the electronic components of the battery charger (2), and provides a safer design having a prolonged lifetime.
7 CONFIGURING SIGNAL-PROCESSING SYSTEMS / LINEAR TECHNOL CORP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configurable signal-processing circuit which provides a plurality of selectable signal-processing operations, where the configurable signal-processing circuit includes a configuration circuit that generates a configuration code that selects a first signal-processing operation from the plurality of selectable signal-processing operations based on a timing pattern for evaluating an input signal and outputting an output signal.SOLUTION: A configurable signal-processing circuit 400A includes an input digital serial interface circuit 401A, an output digital serial interface circuit 402, a configurable signal-processing core circuit 403, and a configuration circuit 404. The configuration circuit 404 provides a configuration code CC to the signal-processing core circuit 403 that selects one of several predefined signal-processing operations. Disclosed is a method (1) of operating a battery charger (2) for a Lithium-based battery (4) comprising a cell (401). 9 RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD / TOSHIBA CORP
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a normal operation not only for an application where a radio terminal serves as the originating side but an application where a radio terminal serves as the terminating side by using a communication control means to perform the cooperative control of a network layer address allocation/release means, a position management means and an address management means and to specify the position of the radio terminal. SOLUTION: Each of mobile servers 400 and 401 has a DNS server function 10 as an address management means, a DHCP server function 11 as a network layer address allocation/release means, an MM server function 12 as a position management means, a CC server function 13 as a communication control means, etc., and also performs the exchange of messages to the radio terminals 100 and 101 respectively about DNS, DHCP, MM and CC. Then the servers 400 and 401 are connected to the routers 300 and 301 respectively and perform the cooperative management of positions and addresses of terminals 100 and 101 against an access request to an internet.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress signal transmission delay in a lamination type semiconductor device capable of selectively utilizing a plurality of through electrodes.SOLUTION: One interface chip IF and a plurality of core chips CC0 to CC7 are electrically connected through a plurality of through electrodes. A data signal of a driver circuit 401 is input to a core chip CC7 through either a through electrode 301 or 302. An output switching circuit 190 selects a through electrode by activating either a tristate inverter IVR1 or IVR2. The tristate inverter amplifies the data signal and transmits it to the through electrode. Similarly, an input switching circuit 192 activates either a tristate inverter IVT1 or IVT2. These tristate inverters also amplify the data signal output from the through electrode and transmits them to a receiver circuit 411.
