1 CI 모듈 및 이를 이용한 데이터 방송 수신 방법 / 주식회사 엘지이아이
본 발명은 방송 스트림 처리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로 특히, CI 모듈에 DSM-CC 프로토콜을 탑재함으로써 CI 모듈이 방송 스트림으로부터 MHEG 파일을 추출, 저장하고 그 저장된 MHEG 파일의 레퍼런스를 변경하여 방송 수신기 내의 MHEG 엔진이 상기 CI 모듈 내에 저장된 MHEG 파일을 액세스할 수 있도록 하여 메모리 용량 및 계산량을 줄이도록 함에 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적의 본 발명은 방송 스트림에서 DSM-CC 섹션 데이터를 필터링하는 필터(411)와, 이 필터(411)에서 추출된 DSM-CC 섹션 데이터로부터 MHEG 파일을 추출하는 MHEG 파일 추출부(412)와, MHEG 파일 처리를 위한 어플리케이션 프로그램 및 데이터를 저장하는 롬(ROM)(414), 램(RAM)(415)와, 상기 MHEG 파일 추출부(412)에서 추출된 MHEG 파일을 저장하는 불휘발성 메모리(NVRAM)(416)와, 상기 롬(414)에 저장된 어플리케이션 프로그램을 실행하여 상기에서 추출된 MHEG 파일에 대해 레퍼런스를 변경하고 방송 수신기에서의 MHEG 파일 액세스시 그 MHEG 파일을 처리하여 상기 방송 수신기로 전송하는 씨피유(CPU)(413)를 구비하여 구성한다.

(PURPOSE)To properly maintain receiving-side signal quality, even when an external terminal for test is provided at a signal-receiving side in a stacked semiconductor device capable of selectively utilizing a plurality of through-electrodes. ! One interface chip IF and a plurality of core chips CC0-CC7 are stacked, and the semiconductor chips are electrically connected by a plurality of through-electrodes. Data signal of a driver circuit 401 is inputted to the core chip CC7 via either of the through-electrodes 301 and 302. An output selector circuit 184 selects the through-electrode, by activating any of tristate inverters TI1 and IVR2. When a primary selector circuit 186 is to activate the inverter IVS, a test signal is supplied from a test pad TP to a receiver circuit 411. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell in which local cross leakage of reaction gas in a membrane electrode assembly is suppressed and the membrane electrode assembly is suppressed from local deterioration caused by local power generation concentration. SOLUTION: A fuel cell module 40A is constituted by laminating a cathode-side metal porous body 43c and an anode-side metal porous body 43a on either face of the MEA (an electrolyte membrane 411m, a cathode 411c, an anode 411a), respectively, and by pinching these porous bodies with separators 42. At the separator 42, an air supply port 422os and a hydrogen supply port 422hs are formed. In the MEA, a gas-impermeable resin film 411cfi is provided at a site existing between a cathode-side catalyst layer 411cc and a cathode-side diffusion layer 411cd and opposed to the air supply port 422os, and a gas-impermeable resin film 411afi is equipped at the site existing between an anode-side catalyst layer 411ac and an anode-side gas diffusion layer 411ad and opposed to the hydrogen supply port 422hs, respectively.

본 발명은 연결 수단을 통해서 결합되는 적어도 두개의 전자회로(IC, CC, CP)를 구비한 암호 처리용 전자장치에 관한 것인데, 여기서 상기 연결 수단은 두개의 전자회로 사이에서 데이터 신호를 전송하기 위하여 배치된다. 상기 전자장치는 연결 수단의 정전용량 편차를 감시하도록 배치되는 감시회로(401)를 더 구비한다. 상기 편차가 사정결정된 값을 초과하는 경우, 경보 신호(411)가 발생된다.

The reflector system is configured for reflecting the light produced by the lighting system out from the housing (2) and comprises a first reflector (41) including a first reflector surface (411) which is a concave surface with a first radius of curvature (r1). The first reflector (41) is also provided with a second reflector surface (412) which is a concave surface with a second radius of curvature (r2) which is larger than the first radius of curvature (r1), a centre of curvature (cc2) of the second reflector surface (412) being spaced from a centre of curvature (cc1) of the first reflector surface (411). The lighting assembly is configured to be such that most of the light emitted by the lighting system out from the housing (2) passes via the reflector system.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress signal transmission delay in a lamination type semiconductor device capable of selectively utilizing a plurality of through electrodes.SOLUTION: One interface chip IF and a plurality of core chips CC0 to CC7 are electrically connected through a plurality of through electrodes. A data signal of a driver circuit 401 is input to a core chip CC7 through either a through electrode 301 or 302. An output switching circuit 190 selects a through electrode by activating either a tristate inverter IVR1 or IVR2. The tristate inverter amplifies the data signal and transmits it to the through electrode. Similarly, an input switching circuit 192 activates either a tristate inverter IVT1 or IVT2. These tristate inverters also amplify the data signal output from the through electrode and transmits them to a receiver circuit 411.
