The present disclosure provides a process. The process includes providing a blend containing (A) a first powder including (i) a polyolefin having a density from 0.860 g/cc to 0.910 g/cc, and a melt index from 1.5 g/10 min to 1,000 g/10 min; (ii) from 1 wt % to 15 wt % of a dispersant selected from an acrylic dispersant, a poloxamer, and combinations thereof; and (iii) optionally, a polyolefin wax, the first powder having a mean volume average particle size from 1 μm to 300 μm; and (B) a second powder including an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having (i) a density from 0.920 g/cc to 0.955 g/cc; and (ii) a melt index from 1.0 g/10 min to 15 g/10 min, the second powder having a mean volume average particle size from 325 μm to 4,000 μm; and rotational molding the blend to form a rotational molded article.

High clarity propylene polymer compositions having improved impact strength are comprised of a blend of a random copolymer of propylene and ethylene, containing from about 1 to about 6 wt % polymerized ethylene, with a linear low density polyethylene in a weight ratio range between about 80:20 and about 95:5. The linear low density polyethylene is a copolymer of ethylene and a C4-C18 alpha-olefin and has a density in the range from about 0.910 to about 0.935 gms/cc.

A multilayer film includes a first film including at least a first layer and a second layer, and a second film extrusion coated onto the first layer of the first film. The multilayer film is free of adhesives. The first layer of the first film includes a first high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a density of from 0.935 to 0.965 g/cc and a melt index I2 of 0.3 to 2.0 and the second layer of the first film includes a polyolefin plastomer having a density of from 0.885 to 0.910 g/cc. The second film includes a second high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a density of from 0.945 to 0.965 g/cc and a melt index I?2 #191 of 4.0 to 20.0. The second film has a gloss of from 65% to 95% at 60 according to ASTM D2457.

본 발명은 고온에서도 공중합성이 뛰어난 전이금속 화합물을 이용하여 올레핀 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 촉매로 사용된 전이금속 화합물은 퀴놀린계 또는 인돌린계 아미도 그룹이 도입된 모노씨클로펜타디에닐 리간드가 배위된 4족 전이금속 화합물로, 상기 전이금속 화합물은 퀴놀린계 또는 인돌린계 아미도 그룹에 의해 금속 자리 주위가 견고한 오각 고리 구조를 이루어 고온에서도 매우 안정하고, 구조적으로 입체 장애가 큰 공단량체의 접근이 용이하다. 상기 전이금속 화합물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물을 사용하여 에틸렌과 입체 장애가 큰 단량체의 공중합에 적용하는 경우에는 고분자량이면서도 0.910 g/cc 미만의 폴리올레핀 공중합체의 제조가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 고온에서 밀도 0.858 g/cc에 이르는 초저밀도 폴리올레핀 공중합체를 제조할 수 있다.
