A method of coding and a decoder are provided. The method of coding comprising: obtaining a allow vertical TT split flag for a current node; wherein the condition that the width of the current node is larger than a predefined threshold leads to the value of the allow vertical TT split flag is first value, the value of the allow vertical TT split flag is first value indicating that vertical TT split is not allowed to be applied to the current node; determining the partition type of the current node according to the allow vertical TT split flag; partitioning the current node according to the partition type.
2 Methods and Apparatuses of Constrained Multi-type-tree Block Partition for Video Coding / HUANG, Han
A video coding system receives input data of a current block split from a parent block, and determines if the parent block is split by horizontal triple tree (TT) partitioning or vertical TT partitioning. A partition type selecting from TT partitioning and binary tree (BT) partitioning and a partition direction selecting from horizontal partitioning and vertical partitioning for splitting the current block are determined by prohibiting a horizontal partitioning type if the parent block is split by horizontal TT partitioning, and prohibiting a vertical partitioning type if the parent block is split by vertical TT partitioning, where the horizontal partitioning type and the vertical partitioning type depend on whether the current block is a middle sub-block in the parent block. The video coding system processes the current block according to the partition type and the partition direction.

9 INTEGRATED CONTROL DEVICE OF VEHICLE / FUJI HEAVY IND LTD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect a split μ road and perform control of a vehicle at a proper timing.SOLUTION: A main control unit 1 determines whether a road ahead is a split-μ road based on captured images obtained by right and left CCD cameras, and, if the road ahead is determined as a split-μ road, increases and corrects a braking intervention distance correction gain GBR for correcting braking intervention distances set by a collision prevention control unit 2. The collision prevention control unit 2 performs collision prevention control at a brake timing earlier than usual using the braking intervention distances corrected by the braking intervention distances correction gain GBR. Meanwhile when the road ahead is determined to be the split-μ road, the driving force generated by decreasing and correcting a target torque correction gain GT for correcting a target torque Tt set by an engine control unit 3 prevent the vehicle from becoming unstable as a result of generation of a yaw moment in the vehicle by road surfaces μ which are different between right and left.
10 METHOD FOR PRODUCING BIOSTATIN (TT-232 TRIACETATE) AND ANALOGS THEREOF / BIRR, Christian
The invention relates to a method for synthesising biostatin (TT-232) by means of solid phase synthesis on a polymer support, by gradually building up the peptide using amino acids derivatized with protective groups. According to said method, the protective groups are split off and the peptide is detached from the solid phase. The disulphide bond is closed through the oxidation of the completely or partially synthesised peptide in the presence of a suitable solvent for as long as the peptide remains bound to the solid phase.
